Ingredients
2 - 8 oz Packages Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 cups Cool Whip
1 Tbs Butter or Margarine
1 - 8-9 inch Grahm Cracker Pie Crust
Preparation
Let cream cheese sit out until soft. Thaw Cool Whip.
Mix all ingredients and whip with a mixer until smooth. Fill pie crustwith mixture and cover. Place in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Cut and serve.
HELPFUL HINTS
I like this as is, but you can also add your favorite fruits or toppings. If you fruit juices to your mix, you will have to manually adjust the sugar and cool whip to accomodate the extra wet ingredients so that it sets properly. Keep this in mind.
